Outlook express 6 problems.

Can anyone help?

I recently downloaded some updates for WindowsXP, and
afterwards Outlook express 6 and McAfee is acting weird.
Both of them tell me that they dont detect any "internet
connections". This is the message error I receive.
(A TCP/IP error occurred while trying to connect to the
server. Account: 'mail.insightbb.com',
Server: 'mail.insightbb.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC15)

I see that other people in this chat room have the same
problems.
I would appreciate any help, Thanks
