Outlook Express 6 will not open

I cannot get my outlook express 6 to open. I double clikc
on the icon and the outlook express 6 window comes up like
it is going to open, but it never does. I haven't done
anything to my computer, and it used to work with no
problem. Anyone have any ideas?
