Outlook Express 6 - Windows Messenger Help

I believe I have uninstalled Windows Messenger and I have
unclicked all the options to have it begin when I open
Outlook Express. It still runs everytime. I am
desperate. I don't use this program and I would like to
uninstall it from Outlook Express or permanentely
uninstall it from my computer. I would appreciate all
help. Thanks!
