Outlook Express 6 won't open.

Hi,

Whenever I try to open my Outlook Express, it just closes
down instantly. Originally, it said msoe.dll was needed to
start up, which was already there. So I downloaded a newer
version from a .dll website, and it still doesn't work.

I have sent numerous error reports, yet it still won't
work. Please note that I cannot reinstall WIndows XP
because it came pre installed on my HP Computer. SO I
guess that you guys are my last hope.
