outlook express 6

We have the Windows XP Home Edition on our computer. We use Outlook Express
6 for our e-mail accounts. However, there is a problem with using the
e-mail. There are two accounts. One can open any and all e-mail with no
problem. The other clicks on Outlook Express. The blue Outlook Express box
comes up and the it just freezes. Does anyone know why one account is ok and
the other is not? Thanks
