Outlook Express 6

Looking for answers. I am running Outlook Express 6 on a Virgin broadband
connection. Friends who have moved abroad recently, tell me there attempted
e-mails to me are bounced. Are there any settings in Outlook that filter out
e-mail from abroad, or are my friends just getting my e-mail address wrong.
(They assure me, they are not)

Outlook Express and Outlook are two different programs.
But, the answer is, no...whether they're using Outlook Express or OE.
Neither email client discriminates email from abroad.

However, it's possible the ISP may be blacklisting your IP address or IP
range for some reason...the dynamic range may have a history of some spam,
or the foreign country simply denies sending to that range.

Zim zim, ala bim, the spirits are about to speak.
Nope, they don't know what is that error message that is, so far, a
secret.

The NDR (non-delivery report) e-mail that they received will say why it
bounced.
