Outlook Express AddIn .. adding a toolbar button help require

I have a problem in my hand.

I have develop an application (AddIn using VB6) that starts from a button on
the tool bar of Office Outlook. (It also requires to send email, open new
email message with a email address already written in it. One of my question
is how to achieve this?)

We want to do that same from Outlook Express. that is simply add one button
in its tool bar by clicking on this button, we need to open our
application/forms. (developed in VB6)

Hopefully any of you can help me.
How I can achieve this?
