Outlook Express Address Book Merge?

I was just wondering if there is a way to use the mail merge feature with
the Outlook Express Address Book (WAB). It would be ideal if I could grab
names, addresses and fax numbers from the WAB, that way when I add someone
to the address book it would already be available for a mail merge document.
I hope I have explained what I am asking well enough.

You can export (File>Export) the OE address book to a comma delimited file
that can be used as a data source.

actually I was wondering if there is a way to snatch info
directly from the address book, so that when I add someone
to the book I wont need to also add them to a csv file (or
re-export the data)

No. Word requires the use of a MAPI compliant address book, which
essentially means Outlook not OE - unless you are a corporate user with a
big budget able to add Microsoft Exchange.
