Outlook Express and Internet Links

One of the owners of our company uses a laptop at
home with Outlook Express 6. The operating system
is Windows XP.

He can no longer access Internet links thru Outlook
Express.

He can access the links thru Internet Explorer.

Can you please tell me of any settings to check that
would prevent him from being able to get to the links
thru Outlook Express?
