outlook express attachment

oe has removed access to unsafe attachment.how do i read
my attachment, in this case it is a pdf file

Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> option Do not allow attachments...

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
