Outlook Express Attachments being Filtered

My wife runs OE and she can receive PDF's and Word Docs but she can't receive
xlsor images. She gets the following message:
OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your email:Forwared
msg eml
I can't find a filer setting to change, any ideas?
