Outlook Express- Attachments

I just got XP 2003 and whenever I recieve an e-mail (in
outlook express)with an attachment, the e-mail has a
message that says: OE removed access to the following
unsafe attachments in your mail.

This keeps me from opening/access the attachments even
though the little paper clip appears to denote an
attachmnet. Any idea on how to turn this function off????

Fully discussed in OE's Help. Did you take a look?

Menu: Tools/Options, Tab: Security uncheck "Do not allow attachments..."

Make sure you understand security implications of doing this.
