Outlook Express--Business Card or Signature

J

June Neal

I am unable to get a business card or a signature to appear at the bottom of
my messages. The only thing I get is the index card icon that appears at
the upper right hand corner of the message, which most people don't even
recognize. And, if they do, they must click on it, then click open.

How do I get the information to appear as text at the bottom of the message
itself? Many thanks.

This is an issue for an OE newsgroup, however, you have no control
whatsoever over how recipients will view messages. eg I have my system set
only to view in plain text, no matter what format the message arrives in. I
prefer not to have your viruses thanks :(
