outlook express calender and scheduler

My daughter tells me that there is a calendar and
scheduler that you should be able to use in outlook
express. When I check the box outlook bar I get a blue
screen on the left side but no options for a scheluler it
is just blank. I need someway of being reminded of
appointments etc.

Your daughter is thinking of Outlook, not Outlook Express. They are not the
same thing.
