After downloading an update to Microsoft, my email inbox,
outbox, sent, contacts, etc... have disappeared! I cannot
access my identity (secondary) on our account. Am
wondering what this means? Should we go ahead and try to
restore? We use Microsoft Outlook Express 6.0.
