Outlook express, cannot print emails- run time error

"run time error has occurred Do you wish to Debug? Line 2020
Error unspecified error" Pops up when I try and print ANY email from
outlook express. When I debug, a screen pops up with info that I do not know
of. How do I fix the problem? I have also done a scanning of my computer
for prevalent malicious software and nothing pops up to be harmful to my
computer.
