Hi,
Can anyone pleeeeeaaase help!
I've received various Excel attachments in Outlook
Express, but when I try to open them it comes up with the
following message:
Windows cannot find "C:\Documents and
Settings\Roger\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5\KHUZK56V\Book1.xls". Make sure you
typed the name correctly, and then try again...
Now I've gone into My Computer, selected to view all
hidden files, gone as far as Temporary Internet Files
folder and can see that the Content.IE5 folder has gone.
Incidentally, if I forward the e-mail to my partner's
computer, it opens fine (we're running the same spec
computer / same versions of Excel etc).
Anyone know of either
A) A way to put it back. I've tried making a new one but
it won't let me. Copying it from an old back up, but it
refuses to drop it as a sub-folder. Even with the read-
only option deselected.
or
B) Point the system to another folder. There is also a
C:\Documents and Settings\Default User\etc... that has
all the necessary folder in it.
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks
Roger.
