Outlook Express could not open this folder

When I try to open Outlook Express, my e-mail fails to
appear and the following message appears: Folder could not
be displayed - Outlook Express could not open this folder.
Possible causes are: Low disk space. low memory. I then
have to reboot and then the program will open. Does
anyone know whats happening? Thanks!
