Outlook Express data to outlook in windows 7

[HMS]

I have just updated my computer to Windows 7 but cannot use Outlook express
anymore. My data and files that I had set up are still stored on the computer
but I dont seem to be able to import them into Windows Office Outlook that I
have set up already. Any suggestions? Please.
