Outlook Express Default Settings

Hello and good morning,

I have a G3/233MHz/352MB, running 9.1.

When opening a window to create a new message (or respond to one), how can I
set OE to always set the message to the highest priority and to a given font
color ? I have to set these conditions manually, but would like to set OE
so it is done automatically.

Is there a URL or document with this information ?
