Outlook Express E-Mail

Have 4 e-mail accounts with cable provider using OE. The majority of the time
the server times out before searching the 4 addresses or just sits on
'connect' before giving an error message that the server has timed out.

The cable provider states it is not them but Outlook Express.

This just started happening a few days ago.

Ask in the correct newsgroup: microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general
