Outlook express email 6

I have outlook express as my default email with the same name as my internet
provider email address. but i have always received my emails in outlook and I
was playing around with some email things in my internet providers page where
i can also recieve mail. But now I cant get my mail at outlook express it
just goes to the email page on my internet provider page and I hate that
email format. It shows when I check in outlook that it is default... but it
is not. Please help me get back outlook and I promise I will not play around
again!!! LOL!
