outlook express error message

Paul

Am receiving the following error message when trying to send groups of email
messages using Publisher content.

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by
the server. The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'AFAF
Update Bulletin', Account: 'imap.aol.com', Server: 'smtp.aol.com', Protocol:
SMTP, Server Response: '550 MAILBOX NOT FOUND', Port: 587, Secure(SSL): No,
Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

I do not have that email address in Outlook or anywhere else on my computer.
Aol was of no help whatsoever. If you can help, I would greatly appreciate!

Yes, thanks, I tried this and finally sent most of the list in small pieces,
but this is a real chore to do. There has to be an easier way? DON4T YOU
THINK,

Depending on how large your mailing list is, you could start by sending out
a test message to small groups of addresses until one bounces. Somewhere in
that group is your mystery email addy.

You could either switch to a commercial email provider that doesn't limit
you in this way, or you could purchase a commercial bulk email-sending
application that will do this automagically.

It should not take very long if you send half your list and see which
half fails then halve that part and do the failed bit till it is small
nough to see the problem. should only take a few steps.
500 names will be down to only 7 to look thru in just 6 splits.
