outlook express halted spell check

I keep getting this message when I try to send a message in outlook express.
How do I fix it?

Message: The spell check on this document was halted. Do you want to send
it anyways?

Tools/Options/Spelling. Untick where it says "Always check spelling before
sending."

of your news reader program to email me.

I want it to check my speilling before sending. But it wont it keeps saying
that message.
