Outlook Express Identity Manager Auto Starting - Virus ?

Here is a strange one (to me).

About 4 months ago Outlook Express Identity mangager started to autoload at
random times. I can't tell what is trying to open it. I will be in the
middle of anything, and up it pops, asking me to pick and identity to loginto
email. I'll close it and maybe 30 minutes later it is back.

This sounds not normal. I have NIS 2005 (fully updated) all OS Patches,
and have run SpyBot and AdAware over and over. It sounds like my mail has
been hi-jacked, but for the life of me I can't find it. It is probably
something stupid, like Norton trying to do something.

Any Ideas ?
