Hi,
I sent an email to a colleague who has outlook express. My
email had an attachment, a word document. The word
document was a letter on the company's letterhead, and so
it had the company logo in the header. The logo was a JPEG
image. The recipient cannot see the logo, she sees a box
with a red X in it.
I changed the image to a GIF. Same result.
I took the JPEG logo out of the header and put it in the
word document itself. Same result.
Finally, I put the GIF image in the document body(in place
of the document header). This time she could see it.
Can't understand this.
I need to send such attachments to her (and to other
outlook express users) and the company logo has to be in
the header. Can anyone help?
Thanks. (btw there is no such problem when I send the same
attachment to users of outlook)
