Outlook Express Newsreader

OK, perhaps this is in the manual somewhere, but...

Is there I was I can get Outlook to delete the threads I don't care about,
but keep the ones I'm interested in? It's kinda annoying having to scroll
through 7 pages of noise to get to the parts I can to check... (Figuring out
how to configure what gets kept and what gets deleted is my number 1 problem
with using Outlook!) It was installed as part of the IE 6 SP1 upgrade, and
describes itself as "Outlook Express 6"...

Try the options in Tools|Message Rules|News... to filter out the messages
you don't want to see.

If you have further questions about Outlook Express, (which is not Outlook),
try posting them to one of the Outlook Express newsgroups, such as
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress
