Outlook Express Not in Drop-Down Group Option List

How do I post to the Outlook Express discussion list?

It's not on the Drop-Down Group List as an option. I searched for an
Outlook Express discussion group & sure enough! there is one. Now how do I
post to that group & stop bugging people by posting to the wrong group?
