outlook express not running

Hi guys,
Have installed hdd from PI into PII {as drive D} I have msoffice with
Iexplorer & outlook express 5.00 on D and Iexplorer & outlook express 4.00
on C {origanal PII hdd}.
THE PROBLEM: On D I can't access any of my files that use msoffice2000 & I
can't open Iexplore 5 or outlook express.
MSOFFICE: When I try to open any of the major applications {ie
excel,msword,powerpoint,publisher} I get a msg "This application requires
Windows Installer to run"
When I try to open lesser type applications in {ie msimport, vtidisc etc.
(from d:\program files\msoffice\office) } I get msgs telling me certain .dll
files are either missing, can't be loaded or are linked to missing .dll
files
IEXPLORER & OUTLOOK EXPRESS: When I try to open Iexplorer 5.00 from D I get
Iexplorer 4.00 from drive C. When I try to open outlook express 5.00 from D
I get "Outlook Expreess could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be
loaded.
How can I fix msoffice? What do I do to access Iexp. 5.00? What do I do to
fix outlook express?
