outlook express password

Hi

I am having a problem with my outlook password every I open Outlook Express
I have to type my password in even though I have a check mark "remember my
password" My internet provider said that's the way it worked with Windows
XP. But I do not believe that because I did have it working at one time but
I had to reformat my computer and now I am having this problem. I need help
because it is so frustrating to have to type it in every time.

I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to Outlook Express. As you
seem to be using OE 6, I'd suggest trying
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress
