Outlook Express print button displays dialog box

Having upgraded her Outlook Express version to 6.0, our
secretary is unhappy with the behaviour of the print
button on the toolbar.

Instead of immediately printing to the default printer,
the print dialog box comes up.

Anyone know how to overcome this?
