Outlook Express removed access to microsoft word unsafe attachmen.

I received an email with Microsoft word attachment file. I can't open the
attachment file due to "OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments
in your mail". Please advise how to open the attachment file.

Tools menu > Options > Security tab
Uncheck "Do not allow attachments...."
(Assuming you really want to disable this security feature)
