Outlook express removes all attachments

All of attachments received with Outlook express are
automatically removed by the OE, and therefore not
accessible.Does anyone know how to disable this?

If OE6
Tools menu > Options > Security tab
Uncheck "Do not allow attachments...."
(Assuming you really want to disable this security feature)
