Outlook Express removes unsafe attachments

Does anybody know how to stop Outlook Express removing
unsafe attachments? It always removes all my
attachments! (Not Outlook, but Outlook Express.)

Tools, Options, Security then Uncheck "Do not allow attachments to be saved
or opened that could potentially.........

That's for OE only. For Outlook, try
It's a new security feature in Outlook. Here's a tool that I use that
allows me to save/open them if you want to check it out.

An alternative is to have the sender change the name of the file to
filename.ex_ for an exe file before they send it. Then you save the file to
your disk and rename it back to filename.exe and run it. Another
alternative is to have the sender zip the file before sending it.

Be warned though that that feature was added for a reason, and bypassing it
reduces your security significantly! Use at your own Risk.
