Outlook Express Removing Access to Attachments

I had to reload Windows ME due to a virus. Now, when I
try to open my e-mail Outlook Express has taken over my
ability to open e-mail jpeg attachements. The message it
gives on the received e-mail is "OE removed access to the
following unsafe attachments in your mail: (FN.FT)".

How do I undo this??? HELP!!!

Tools - Options - Security (then look around).
