Outlook Express Reply won't work?

Outlook Express Reply functions correctly until Send-Receive. The OE then
gives the Error "NO SENDER SPECIFIED".

The account is normally setup. New eMails can be created without a problem.
The Reply-To is correct and all necessary checkboxes have been set.

Any ideas? There is nothing referring to this in Office Help except a
reference to the Error Code itself - then - no fix suggested!
