Outlook Express Simple Backup

This is regarding doing a simple backup in Outlook Express Vers. 6. I was
trying to perform a simple backup and attempting to go to the *.wab file that
should be in the address book. The path should be accessed by opening the
address book and doing a Help -> About Address Book. The problem is that the
path that is specified does not show up when I traverse through explorer. It
says that the path is C:\Documents and Settings\<my name>\Application
Data\Microsoft\Address Book\<my name>.wab The problem is, when I traverse
down into <my name> folder, there is no Application Data folder. How can I
get that to show up?

Perhaps the folks in the Outlook Express groups could help, this is the
group for the Outlook program that comes with Office.
