Outlook Express starts with localhost

When I start Outlook Express it always tries to get mail
from the server "localhost". I either cancel it or let
it fail and then edit the account and change localhost to
the proper POP3 mail server. Then I can send/receive
mail for the remainder fo the session. The problem is
the next time I start Outlook Express it is back to
localhost. How can I permanently set it to use the POP3
server?
