outlook express stationary

I am trying to compose new email stationary and not sure
if it is possible to add a graphic and a sound and then
save it as stationary. I composed it over and over and
each time I save it and open it it is not what I composed.

Try posting this in an Outlook Express group - OE is a part of Internet
Explorer, not Microsoft Office.

You will find quite a few stationery groups using "stationery" as a search
term for http://msnews.microsoft.com
