Outlook express -stuck in loop upon start up

Well, I seem to be stuck in a loop upon starting MS Outlook Express 6.0/ When
I start the program it sends a file I have in my outbox then MSIMN (outlook
program aborts. When I restart it it does the same thing. How can I break
the cycle of this look? Is there a way to delete the outbox files through a
DOS command or something, or maybe an edit program to change the settings.
It won't let me reinstall Outlook as I have tried to do that. If I uninstall
I am afraid to lose my e-mails.

You could try your question in microsoft.public.outlook. BCM doesn't
work with outlook express, nor manage email folders.
