outlook express to outlook 2003

I've seen a number of threads regarding the same subject, but n
answers.

The problem is importing from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003.
In Outlook Express the displayed Sent and Received date for e-mail
sent out have the same date. The conversion to Outlook 2003 changes th
Received Date to the date of the conversion.

Is there a way to retain the Sent Date as the Received Date or is ther
a way to convert the Received Date of a sent e-mail to be the same a
the e-mail's Sent Date.

The answer has been posted many times as well; Export from within Outlook
Express instead.
