outlook express vs. office outlook

My home pc has 2 user accounts. My user account has office outlook 2003 as
my e-mail program. My wifes user account has outlook express has her e-mail
program. I'm noticing that outlook express has taken over my acct. I have
to go into internet options and change back the e-mail program back to office
outlook which I prefer. How can I correct this?

Try to nudge your wife towards using Outlook 2003 (if it is installed
for everyone). The features in Outlook Express are just bare bones of
Outlook 2003. Most of the common actions are the same.

There might be another way to set 2 different email clients as the
default on 2 different user names, but I think you have done
everything I would have tried.
