outlook express windows update

I just today did the windows update for Windows ME, I also
use outlook express and since the update none of the
attachments that are sent to me come thru. This is very
discouraging especially with the breast cancer
attachments. How do I correct this or do I have to reload
all of my software.

The message I receive at the top of my outlook express
mail reads as follows: OE has denied access to the
following unsafe attachments. I have anti virous software
for my mail. I need to get this changed

Uncheck the box in Tools | Options | Security in OE, but be very careful not
to open attachments you're not expecting.

Also, next time you'll probably want to ask this in a Windows newsgroup.
Outlook Express is not part of Office. ;-)
