Outlook (& Express) won't keep Incoming Mail ID

I input the correct Incoming mail (POP3) data into poperites server field and
it reverts back to a defaul when I log off and then return. And ideas?

Do you have a security program (antivirus, antispam, .etc) installed that
can scan POP3 e-mail? If yes, you would have to disable the feature in that
program because it is trying to set itself up between Outlook/Outlook
Express and the mail server.

You enabled e-mail scanning in your anti-virus program.
