When trying to open Outlook Express the following message appears: 'OE could
not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be loaded'. Microsoft help
information says to uninstall OE, then re-install. I am concerned all my OE
files will be deleted if I do this. Has anyone any practical experience and
a successful outcome with this problem?
