outlook express

outlook express will not open. already contact support. already removed and
reinstalled. if i restart the computer then outlook express will open. but
then if i for instance go to webmail, close the browser, then outlook will
NOT open.

You should post this question down the road in the Outlook Express newsgroup
- that's where the OE experts hang out. This group is for Outlook from the
Microsoft Office suite and it's a totally different product.
