outlook express

I used a register cleaner (have used it before without problems) and now I
can't even bring up outlook express. I get the following error messages:
OUtlook epxress could not be started. The application was unable to
initialize the global options manager. Your computer may be out of memory or
you disc is full. Contact microsoft support for further assistance.
(0x80004005) and outlook express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could
not be initialized. Outlook express may not be installed correctly. I
downloaded something that ended up giving me a new outlook express icon in
the first column when I hit the start bar. Neither one will come up. I have
tried to restore my system to a previous date and have restored previous date
on the register cleaner. I have not had any luck. Keep in mind please I
don't have a clue what I am doing when it comes to computers. Thank you for
any assistance you may be able to provide.

Since I was unable to find a listing for outlook express, I was hoping
someone would be able to point me in the right direction. Sorry for your
trouble.

Using so-called "registry cleaners" is always risky. There is really not
much to gain from this, and you put your computer and data at risk. If
you *must* use a "registry cleaner", make sure that you back up at least
your registry files, or better, make a full system backup.

Try to boot into 'Last Known Good Configuration'; it may restore your
registry files. If not, try a System Restore.

For specific help on Outlook Express, try the group that BillR has
indicated.
