Outlook Express

We had a power outage at my home last night and my PC was on during the time
I was in my email. Later this morning when I turned the computer back on I
found my Email account is like it has never been setup and I cannot see any
of my emails. Is there away to restore Outlook Express back to what it was
before the outage and restore my email messages? The PC appears to work ok
otherwise.
