CAN YOU FIX OUTLOOK (EXPRESS) TO SEND E-MAIL TO AN ADDRESS LIST(MULTIPLE
ADDRESSES) BUT ONLY SEND ATTACHMENTS TO SELECTED ADDRESSES ON THE LIST? NOT
EVERYONE I SEND E-MAILS TO NEED TO HAVE THE ATTACHMENTS BUT SHOULD BE AWARE
OF THE E-MAIL BEING SENT. A HYPERLINK ONLY WORKS FOR THOSE ON THE COMPANY
INTRANET, NOT FOR EXTERNAL ADDRESSEES. i KNOW MANY OF MY COLLEAGUES PAST AND
PRESENT WOULD WELCOME THIS CAPABILITY AS IT WOULD SAVE ON TIME AND ENHANCE

Please post in Outlook Express forums.

Besides, you are asking for a very suboptimal technical fix to an
organizational problem. That will never work. Additionally, you are
asking for Mail Merge feature to be added to a consumer product, which
again will not happen.

In Outlook, I would address this problem by running two Mail Merge
sequences with MAPILab Mail Merge Toolkit add-on. One group would
receive attachments, another group will not. I can do this with a couple
of clicks today with a product was designed for it. I don't have to pick
and choose among 10,000+ contacts who are on my mailing list. I can
simply group by categories and be done.

Very quick and easy.

Lastly, the Internet historically ignores any suggestions MADE IN ALL
CAPS. Isn't my post much easier to read than yours?

CAN YOU FIX OUTLOOK (EXPRESS)

Firstly your caps lock is stuck. Unstick it.
Secondly Outlook is NOT Outlook EXPRESS. the two are completely different
applications.

This newsgroup is for support of Outlook
97/98/2000/2002/2003/2007 from the Office suite of products. Outlook
Express is actually a separate program despite the similar name.

For help with your OE questions, try an OE newsgroup such as
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general (for OE 6), or
an OE help website such as http://insideOE.tomsterdam.com. If you're
accessing the Microsoft newsgroups through the MS Product Support
