starting this morning, when i print my emails from outlook
express, the font of the email body is two to four times
what it should be. the font still displays appropriately
on the screen, but what's on the screen is not what i get
out of my printer. it started this morning after i
downloaded the new windows updates (i have an ibm laptop
that runs windows 2000). it might just be a coincidence,
but i'm wondering if that has anything to do with it,
because i have not changed anything else.
does anyone have any ideas on how i could go about fixing
this problem? i've tried messing with the font/text size
options, but that just affects the size on the screen, and
it continues to print abnormally large messages. i can't
find any help on this topic from microsoft support
services.
i would greatly appreciate any feedback you might have to
offer.
